Please note, DPD and other courier services are no longer obtaining a signature at delivery to reduce the possibility of transmission at the point of delivery.

I want to return an item in my order; what should I do?
* Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have extended our returns policy to 90 days
Whether you change your mind or it's faulty, we want to make returning it easy and completely FREE.
We can exchange or refund items if:
- Are returned to us within 30 days of receipt
- Are returned to us in perfect condition (we can only accept a return if it is unused)
- If the product is faulty
- Have been purchased directly online at www.milliesorganics.com

Please ensure you keep proof of postage as your items remain your responsibility until it arrives back in our office.
I want to return a faulty item, what should I do?
We are so sorry that you received a faulty item. We hope we can get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- The order number
- The product name
- A description of the fault
- An image of the fault
As soon as we have received this information, our lovely customer care team will be in contact with you.
When will you let me know when you have received my returned item?
You will receive a confirmation email when products have reached us and have been processed. If you have any questions about your refund, please contact us on email@example.com
Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed before contacting our team.
How do I return a gift?
If you have received a Millie’s Organics gift, you can return it for an exchange only. We cannot refund a gifted item unless the original purchaser returns it.
Please note we can only exchange items that are sealed and unused and in a resalable condition.
How can I return a Millie’s Organics product that was not purchased via www.milliesorganics.com?
We are unable to accept returns of products that were not purchased directly through www.milliesorganics.com. Please contact the stockist you brought the item from directly.
How do I print my returns label?

Do I need to return my free gift/samples that came with my order?
The simple answer is no, this is a gift from us to you, and we hope you enjoy using it.
Do you refund the delivery charge?
If you are returning an order to us for a refund/exchange, we will not refund the delivery cost.
If your order is late and outside of our delivery promise, we would be happy to refund this to you.
Can I return a product that has been opened or used?
We are unable to accept open or used products as a return unless an allergic reaction has developed.
You may return any product in its original condition for a full refund or replacement (as appropriate) within 30 days of the purchase. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product, and the product's packaging has not been opened, used or damaged, and the product is in a re-saleable condition.
Can I use my Gift Card online?
Yes! You can purchase and spend your gift cards on our website www.milliesorganics.com
Do you include an invoice within the parcel?
Because Millie’s Organics makes excellent gifts for the ones we love, we have decided not to include billing and payment paperwork in our delivery boxes. We will send you the gifter/purchaser confirmation of your order via email instead.
My discount code is not working; what should I do?
If you have any problems with your discount code, please check if it is valid, and can be used in conjunction with other offers.

Can I send Millie’s Organics as a gift?
Yes, yes, yes! This makes us so happy that you would think of gifting Millie’s Organics to someone you care about. We can send their gift straight to their front door all you have to do is:
- At checkout, please enter the person’s name and delivery address you wish to send them to.
- If you wish to add a notecard, please send your message with your order number to email@example.com
And don't worry, we do not include any pricing or billing information in the box.
Does Millie’s Organics Test on Animals?
No, we do not, although husbands are often dragged into the creative process.
Are your products suitable for Vegans?
All our products are suitable for vegans except our

Yes, all our products are suitable for vegetarians.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
We love our products and know you will too, but this is also a very special and delicate time, so please consult your doctor before using our products.
What to do if you have an allergic reaction to Millie’s Organics Products?
Firstly we want to say we hope you are ok!
We would suggest you visit your GP Dermatologist to help identify the exact ingredients that may have caused this to happen.
All ingredients are listed on the web site and the product labels.
Organic ingredients are marked with *
Any allergens are also listed on the labels.
Which products contain nuts?
Our Rescue balm contains Almond Oil, Shea Butter and Coconut Oil.
Do any of your products contain Limonene?
We do not add Limonene, but it does, however, occur naturally in citrus fruits. Which means some of our products will contain Limonene.
What parts of your packaging are eco friendly?
- Our glass jars are reusable and recyclable.
- All our labels are made from recycled materials and can be recycled
- Our void filler packaging is from recycled materials and is biodegradable and recyclable. Fabulous for your compost!
- Our notecards are all made from recyclable material.
- Our gorgeous wraps are made from organic cotton, which means it goes through less processing than regular cotton, and it is also coloured with natural dyes.
