Lavender - The mother of all essential oils when it comes to sleep. Balancing, calming and perfect for sensitive, itchy and combination skin.

Bergamot - Uplifting and calming

Sweet Almond Oil - This is such a soothing oil with rejuvenating and anti-inflammatory properties.

Apricot Kernal Oil - Great for sensitive, dry or mature skin helping to nourish and soothe your skin.

Cocoa Butter - Smells delicious and is hydrating, skin softening and is high in antioxidants, which help fight off free-radical damage to the skin.

Shea Butter - This butter is one of my favourites it's a rich source of vitamins A & E, protective, hydrating and skin-soothing.

Jojoba Oil - Similar to the oils found naturally in our skin hence why our skin loves to drink it in. It's hydrating and rich in vitamins and minerals to help repair and soothe your skin.

Beeswax - Soothing, hydrating, and has fabulous antibacterial properties, providing a little protective layer over your skin.

Coconut Oil - Sinks straight in! It contains anti-inflammatory properties, vitamin D and helps to soften and soothe your skin.

Avocado Oil - My little powerhouse containing vitamins A, B, B2, B5, D & E. Perfect for dry and mature skin.

Vitamin E - Contains antioxidants that help minimise damage from the environment. It's also incredibly hydrating.

How do I use them? 

Shower & Bath Oil

Shower Ritual: From shoulder to shoulder use 2-3 pumps and allow the warmth from your shower to release the gorgeous blend of essential oils.

Bath Ritual: Use 5-6 pumps in your bath, wait a couple of minutes, allowing the gorgeous essential oil blend to fill your bathroom.

Pillow Mist: A few minutes before you jump into bed, give it a little shake and spray a light mist over your pillow and bedding.

Rescue Balm: Use fingertips to apply to dry or chapped areas to help soothe and protect from the elements.
