Pillow Mist: Give it a little shake, and then a few minutes before you jump into bed, spray a light mist over your pillow and bedding.

Shower Ritual:  Use 2-3 pumps in the shower and massage into your skin, allowing the warmth from your shower to release the gorgeous blend of essential oils.
