Pillow Mist Ritual: Give it a little shake, and then a few minutes before you jump into bed, spray a light mist over your pillow and bedding.

Shower Ritual: From shoulder to shoulder, use 2-3 pumps of your oil and allow the warmth from your shower to release the gorgeous blend of essential oils.

Bath Ritual: Use 5-6 pumps in your bath, wait a couple of minutes, allowing the gorgeous essential oil blend to fill your bathroom.
